Shipping policy
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship Domestically in the United States. We apologize for anyone outside of this location, and are working on expanding our capabilities in the near future.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-10 business days after your order is placed.
Our production is completed locally in Arizona, times vary based on current inventory. If an item is in stock it will be shipped the next business day, otherwise it will be put into production the next business day.
Processing time includes order verification, product production, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
Please note:
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- During product drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We ship primarily using the following carriers:
- USPS
- UPS
Shipping rates are carrier-calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping speed.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace the order in most cases once a claim has been validated.
Divine Child Archive is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received due to theft or incorrect delivery location. We recommend contacting the carrier directly in these cases.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. We cannot guarantee replacement for orders lost due to incorrect address entry.
Local delivery
As a small business, we only offer local deliveries at one location, in an approximate 10 mile radius near the zip code 85048, AZ. This is subject to change in the future.
Shipping Delays
Divine Child Archive is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs delays
- Holidays
- High order volume
